These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are a legally binding and enforceable agreement between Yad Yitzchok Charitable Fund, a registered charitable organization in Israel, registration number 580566311, located at Rabbi Moshe Ben Tov St. 6, Jerusalem, 9744631 ("we", "our", or "us"), and users who access, browse, use, make donations or otherwise interact with our website ("user/s", "you" or "your"), available at yadyitzchok.org ("website").
Acceptance of the Terms
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS WHICH MIGHT BE INCLUDED IN OUR WEBSITE (COLLECTIVELY THE "TERMS"), SET FORTH AND SETTLE THE TERMS ACCORDING TO WHICH YOU MAY USE OUR WEBSITE.

Our website provides general information and resources regarding our charitable activities, projects, and any other content related thereto, and may include, inter alia, articles, blogs, audio, images, reports, graphics, logos, etc. (collectively the "Content").
In addition, the website provides you with communications means which you can use to contact us, for example, if you have any inquiry regarding our charitable work, donation opportunities, or to sign up to our newsletter and mailing list.
Please note that the Content is provided solely as general information and it does not constitute, and should not be considered, as professional advice or a substitute for professional advice, nor any offer or obligation, opinion, or recommendation on behalf of us.

Donations
We provide charitable services to needy Russian-speaking immigrant families in Israel. Donations made through our website support these charitable activities.
Donation processing is permitted for (i) any individual who is at least 18 years and/or entities represented by authorized personnel with the authority to bind them to contractual agreement; and (ii) holds a valid credit card or payment method issued by a recognized bank or other financial institutions which we support; and (iii) authorizes us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the donation, including applicable processing fees if any.
When making a donation, you will be required to enter complete and correct information required and requested by us or the payment system, including first name, last name, address, email address and payment details.
Approval of the transaction by the payment provider is a prerequisite for approval of any donation. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the financial organization, the transaction will not be valid and the donation will be void and canceled.
We will not be responsible for any error made by you while entering information for the purpose of making a donation. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any such donation in case of suspected fraud or error.
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Donations are used exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with the Fund's charter.
Payment Processing
We use certified payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, Tranzila) to process donations. All transactions are protected in accordance with international security standards. Payment card details are not stored on our servers and are processed directly by certified payment providers.
Cancellation Policy
According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a donation transaction no later than 14 days from the date of the transaction.
The above 14-day period is extended to four months if you have a disability, are a senior citizen, or are a new immigrant (oleh hadash), provided that the transaction included direct communication between the Fund and the donor.
To cancel a transaction, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name, ID number, and transaction details.
Upon cancellation, we will refund the donation amount within 14 days, subject to applicable cancellation fees as permitted by law (up to 5% of the donation amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower), unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

Privacy and Data Protection
